Ottawa, November 24, 2008 – Media Awareness Network (MNet) today launched Passport to the Internet, a new online tutorial funded by Inukshuk Wireless Learning Plan Fund and TELUS, to help students in Grades four to eight develop the critical thinking skills they need to navigate the Web in a secure and ethical manner.
March 8, 2010, Ottawa - Media Awareness Network (MNet) announced today that Alberta Education has licensed its award-winning interactive game – Passport to the Internet: Student tutorial for Internet literacy (Grades 4-8) – making the resource available to 1,800 elementary and middle schools in the province.

‘Tis the season for festive viewing. At least in our home it is as we plan to celebrate Christmas and that means a lot of holiday movies and shows to watch! Yes, even as the kids have gotten older, this is one tradition that no one outgrows, at least in our home.
